Job Description:
As a Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing digital strategies that drive impactful results for our clients. You will work closely with our New Business & Strategy team to develop and implement
- driven campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring excellence in execution and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive digital strategies (annual and
- hoc) tailored to client objectives, leveraging insights and industry best practices. Collaborate with the New Business & Strategy team to ensure alignment with overall business goals. - Campaign Implementation & Optimization: Oversee the execution and management of digital campaigns across various platforms, continuously analyzing performance data to identify trends, solve complex challenges, and implement strategic improvements.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Deliver clear and insightful performance reports to clients, both in written form and through presentations, translating data into actionable recommendations for ongoing optimization. Provide valuable insights to
- functional teams to enhance overall project outcomes. - Client & Project Management: Ensure regular status updates and productive touchpoints with clients, facilitating structured discussions that drive progress. Lead monthly meetings to formally present campaign results, learnings, and next steps.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, staying ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices to drive superior performance for both clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in the field, including campaign management across multiple platforms and tracking implementation (previous experience in an agency is a plus).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong expertise in the Search ecosystem, whether it’s Google, Bing, or Yandex, as well as various Social Media channels and affiliation/publisher networks.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (experience with Adobe Analytics is a plus).
