The Bosch unit in Ovar belongs to the Building Technologies division and is focused on bringing solutions to the market that are shaping the smart cities of the future. The Bosch Building Technologies division is a leading international provider of systems, solutions and services that increase the safety of people, buildings and property and also contribute to greater comfort, energy efficiency and sustainability.

Currently, the three product areas - Video Systems, Access Control & Intrusion and Communication Systems, as well as the associated
- divisional functions within the division are to be set up as an independent company and then further developed as a sustainable core business by a new owner.

As Senior C# Software Developer, you will be part of the new company to be set up this year and thus contribute to a globally networked team of +4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries.

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to help shape the future of our software solutions. In this role, you'll design, code, and test scalable, secure, and
- performance applications. You’ll play a key part in driving innovation and ensuring our technology remains at the cutting edge.

Your contribution to something big:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical requirements and deliver scalable, high quality solutions.
• Design, develop, and test backend services in an Agile environment, ensuring security, maintainability, and performance.
• Document software designs with UML and maintain clean, efficient code aligned with coding standards.
• Partner with
  - functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and system integration.

What distinguishes you:

• Proven expertise in. NET Framework and. NET Core using C#.
• Proficiency in asynchronous programming.
• Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Experience with Signal
  R or similar
  - time communication tools.
• Knowledge of UML design and modeling techniques.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure Dev
  Ops.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Java
  Script/Type
  Script.
• Familiarity with Node. js.
• Experience with React or React Native.
