We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

MAIN TASKS:

The Senior Analyst will have the responsibility of:

1. Liaising directly with Sponsors, WMIS Management, Product Owner and Project stakeholders.
2. Defining Interfaces & System adaptations.
3. Be part of Scrum ceremonies.
4. Test & support System Deployment.

Business Specification of the following topics :

1. FX & MM Rates management in TDS.
2. FX derivative products in TDS Scope.
3. FX OTC, SP (Other OTC except FX) in TDS/Transact.
4. Trailer fees rates from ALLFUNDS in TDS.
5. Company (SITES) specific specificities – New enhancement in TDS.

Main expected deliverables are :

1. Specification Upstream and downstream (API & KAFKA).

Essential Job Functions:

1. Serves as a trusted business partner to leaders by defining solutions to achieve objectives.
2. Be responsible to lead the analyst team throughout all project phases, from end preparation phase to migration completion and
   -
   - LIVE stabilization, and in particular by defining the global strategy of roll out.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

Profile:

1. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written (French and German notions are a plus).
2. Creativity, reactivity, capacity to structure analysis of a situation, propose options, get decisions done.
3. Courage to raise alerts and issues.
4. Resistance to Stress.

Technical skills:

1. Strong proficiency with Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Visio.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, subject matter experts and technical teams.
3. At least 10 years of experience in IT.
4. At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst.
5. Banking Industry, as an acting Senior Analyst, for large scale project in complex & multi geographical situation.
6. Strong knowledge of Security Referential systems in Banking Industry;
7. Knowledge of Temenos solutions is a plus.

Hybrid role based in Lisboa.
