Profile We Are Looking For:

1. Ambitious people with a passion for this area;
2. Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Economics or similar;
3. Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
4. Define and detail business requirements;
5. Communicate the needs of the business to the technical teams;
6. Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports;
7. Able to critically analyze and monitor requests for functional changes and clarify doubts with the customer;
8. Experience with Agile Methodologies;
9. Financial expertise will be a plus;
10. Written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English);
11. Ability to work effectively and manage deadlines;
12. Sense of responsibility, commitment and integrity;
13. Focus on innovation, dynamism, autonomy and teamwork.
