Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, document, and validate business and data requirements, and facilitate communication.
• Collaborate with departments and data domains to identify and evaluate data sources.
• Work closely with development and business teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Actively engage and challenge stakeholders on their data requirements, encouraging innovative thinking.
• Confirm that the final deliverables meet the business objectives and adhere to the
  - upon requirements.
• Manage change requests, evaluating their impact on project timelines and coordinating effectively across different teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to organizational policies, standards, and best practices from Data Management Centre of Excellence.
• Facilitate discussion and alignment around KPIs and definitions for the enterprise data catalog & ensures the right documentation.

Example assignments

• Investigate the new Power
  BI request from the business by surveying the SMEs and drafting the Minimum Viable Product requirements with them & communicate the details to the Product Owner and Developers.
• Write a requirements specification in the form of user stories and obtain business acceptance about it.
• Analyze incoming data requests to ensure all relevant information is included and all data sources are available.
• Identify required data sources and reach out to the relevant data teams and stakeholders to ensure needed data is made available and open relevant tickets.
• Inform the data requestor on the progress.

Qualifications

Technical Requirements (Must Have)

• Fluent in English.
• Strong ability to influence and manage stakeholders, navigating organizational layers to build consensus & communicate clearly.
• Proven experience in translating
  - level business needs into technical specifications and guiding complex data projects from concept to delivery.
• Expertise in translating complex business concepts into technical requirements for data and development teams.
• Experience in managing and evaluating the impact of complex change requests on project goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with specific domains (e. g. , Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Sourcing, Pricing) to provide deeper contextual analysis.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to see and communicate the broader strategic picture to senior leaders.
• Familiar with creating templates and establishing new ways of working.

Technical Requirements (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with BI development processes and/or Data Management processes.
• Basic SQL skills and Power
  BI skills.
• Knowledge of specific business areas (e. g. , Supply Chain, Finance).
• Experience working in Azure Dev
  Ops and/or Service Now.
• Experience in working with Scrum/Kanban teams.
• Fluent in Danish or German (any Scandinavian language).

• MSc. in IT, Communication, Business Administration, or similar University education OR relevant years of experience.
• Any Scrum or Agile certification is an advantage.
