Tasks

1. Identify, assess, and follow up on project risks.
2. Drive project coordination and maintain high motivation levels within the team.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
4. Work closely with Product Owners and Proxy Product Owners to align business objectives.
5. Leverage experience in banking or insurance environments to provide valuable insights.
6. Utilize strong written and oral communication skills to deliver clear and effective messaging.
7. Apply proven analytical and organizational skills to manage project deliverables efficiently.
8. Support
   - driven initiatives, with experience in Master Data Management (MDM).
9. Apply systematic, logical, and critical thinking to project management processes.
10. Synthesize complex information and present clear insights.
11. Act as a committed and demanding change manager to ensure project success.

Requirements

Essential Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner.
2. Good written and oral communication skills, with clarity, synthesis, and pedagogical abilities.
3. Excellent team spirit and collaborative mindset.
4. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
5. Ability to understand business needs and effectively translate them into IT requirements.
6. French language (C1 level mandatory).

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Experience in a banking or insurance environment.
2. Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) is a plus.
