Job Description:

Our client is engaged in a Transformation Program aiming to simplify and mutualize the assets of its platform along business process convergence. As part of this transformation, we need a Senior Analyst to assist with the implementation of the chosen Temenos TDS solution in our IT Landscape.

Main Tasks:

The Senior Analyst will have the responsibility of:

1. Liaising directly with Sponsors, WMIS Management, Product Owner, and Project stakeholders.
2. Defining Interfaces & System adaptations.
3. Being part of Scrum ceremonies.
4. Business Specification of the following topics:
1. FX derivative products in TDS Scope.
2. FX OTC, SP (Other OTC except FX) in TDS/Transact.
3. Trailer fees rates from ALLFUNDS in TDS.
4. Company (SITES) specificities – New enhancement in TDS.

Main expected deliverables are:

1. Specification Upstream and downstream (API & KAFKA).

Essential Job Functions:

1. Serves as a trusted business partner to leaders by defining solutions to achieve objectives.
2. Be responsible for leading the analyst team throughout all project phases, from end preparation phase to migration completion and
   -
   - LIVE stabilization, particularly by defining the global strategy of roll out.
3. Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
4. Creativity, reactivity, capacity to structure analysis of a situation, propose options, and get decisions done.
5. Courage to raise alerts and issues.
6. Resistance to stress.
7. Strong proficiency with Power
   Point, Excel, Word, and Visio.

Technical Skills:

1. Banking Industry experience as a Senior Analyst for large scale projects in complex &
   - geographical situations.
2. Strong knowledge of Security Referential systems in the Banking Industry.
3. Knowledge of Temenos solutions is a plus.
4. Experience as a business analyst (at least 5 years).
