This is a Lisbon-based hybrid opportunity – work from home for 3 days per week.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will work for our client – a global IT leader driving innovation with
- edge solutions and services. You will be responsible for coordinating all actors within the perimeter, facilitating committees, managing budgets, supervising a team, and ensuring the coordination of personnel involved in the project.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Ensure effective coordination of all project stakeholders, maintaining clear communication, and resolving conflicts efficiently.
2. Organize and lead committee meetings, ensuring agendas are followed and decisions are documented and communicated.
3. Manage budgets, including creating and monitoring plans, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial resources are used effectively.
4. Lead a team, setting objectives, providing guidance and support, evaluating performance, and fostering a positive team environment.
5. Ensure team members are aligned with project objectives, have necessary resources, and manage schedules to meet deadlines.

You’re ideal for the role if you have:

1. Fluency in French at a B2 level.
2. Expertise in specific functional areas such as instant payment and payment methods.
3. Proficiency in AGILE methodologies.
4. Ability to work in a
   - disciplinary team and communicate with internal and external support teams.
5. Ability to produce technical and functional deliverables such as acceptance documents, test results, incident reports, and functional specification documents.
