What you'll be doing:

• Design visuals that align with our brand strategy and guidelines;
• Design marketing materials for email, direct mail, landing pages, and digital platforms;
• Create asset variations for A/B testing;
• Plan and execute
  - channel creative campaigns;
• Collaborate with Marketing leaders, engineers, product teams, and designers;
• Own projects from concept to final delivery;
• Maintain a strong visual style that stays consistent with the brand;
• Deliver
  - quality work on time with excellent organizational skills.

What you need to have:

• 5+ years of design experience at a product company or agency (B2B experience is a plus);
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
• A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution;
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud;
• Proficient in layout composition;
• Strong design skills for web, email, and print;
• Ability to rationalize design decisions and communicate concepts clearly;
• Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects, and thriving in a
  - paced environment with diverse design challenges.
