What you'll be doing:

1. Design visuals that align with our brand strategy and guidelines;
2. Design marketing materials for email, direct mail, landing pages, and digital platforms;
3. Create asset variations for A/B testing;
4. Plan and execute
   - channel creative campaigns;
5. Collaborate with Marketing leaders, engineers, product teams, and designers;
6. Own projects from concept to final delivery;
7. Maintain a strong visual style that stays consistent with the brand;
8. Deliver
   - quality work on time with excellent organizational skills.

What you need to have:

1. 5+ years of design experience at a product company or agency (B2B experience is a plus);
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
3. A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and execution;
4. Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud;
5. Proficient in layout composition;
6. Strong design skills for web, email, and print;
7. Ability to rationalize design decisions and communicate concepts clearly;
8. Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects, and thriving in a
   - paced environment with diverse design challenges.
