We are looking for a Senior Bonds Reconciliation Officer.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong focus on market activity reconciliation, specifically for Fixed Income products.

The ideal candidate will have a critical and analytical mindset, be highly comfortable navigating complex processes, and possess significant experience in settlement and reconciliation.

MAIN TASKS:

• Perform reconciliation and settlement of Fixed Income trades, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Investigate and resolve breaks across multiple systems and platforms.
• Manage settlement instructions (SSI), and oversee SWIFT communications.
• Work closely with international counterparts and ensure seamless
  - trade operations for the American market.
• Utilize
  - standard tools to streamline reconciliation and improve operational efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Solid experience in financial operations, particularly in reconciliation and settlement.
• Strong understanding of SSI, SWIFT messaging, PIRUM, and break resolution processes.
• Familiarity with Fixed Income products and the
  - trade lifecycle.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a
  - volume,
  - paced environment.
• Hybrid role in Lisbon.
