The opportunity

Reporting to the Regulatory Affairs, BD & Portfolio Director, Portugal, you will have the following main responsibilities:

1. Management of the Gx Portfolio and Specialties
2. Coordination of the process of new launches and liaison with the different units involved: RA, QUALITY, SUPPLY, Commercial BU’s
3. Existing portfolio management and optimization activities: project proposal and implementation
4. Establishment of partnerships with developers/contract manufacturers to achieve the proposed objectives for the future pipeline
5. GM Analysis and portfolio pruning process
6. Follow up on IP process and liaise with EU and local lawyers
7. Management of licensing and manufacturing contracts
8. Support on AOP/LRP process
9. Support on SKU management and attribute definition

2. Support the business on the decision making process
3. Supporting Reg. Aff. , Business Development & Portfolio Director in the assessment of the strategic direction of Bus. Dev. /Portf. Mgt of the affiliate

Your experience and qualifications

1. Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences or other Scientific field (preferable)
2. Previous experience in the regulatory area (preferable)
3. Demonstrated experience on the regulatory area, process for granting / maintaining MAs, pricing and reimbursement
4. Knowledge of the dynamics of the Portuguese market for Pricing and Co-payment with a focus on generics
5. Ease of interpersonal relationship and teamwork skills
6. Customer and results oriented
7. Advanced knowledge of computer tools (Microsoft Office) with particular emphasis on: Excel and Power Point
8. Knowledge of market research data analytics
9. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
