What you'll do

As a member of Delivery@Scale Organization, you will support SAP customers on the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise, leveraging the capabilities of the Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will be responsible for the delivery of standardized factory services as a SAP Basis consultant.

In close collaboration with SAP, partners, and customers, your tasks include:

1. Project delivery as Technical Lead for customers, including support during requirement gathering phase, analysis of system landscape, technical design.
2. Execution and assistance to the team members in the development and implementation of technical solutions (Migration, Upgrades, and Conversions) and support with ongoing projects.
3. Coordinate customer project members, team, and own project tasks.
4. Provide guidance on cloud migration (AWS, GCP, Azure).
5. Troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems.
6. Manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, and understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
7. Support in escalated projects.
8. Support for system optimization.
9. Specific expert consulting.
10. Act as a coach for colleagues.
11. Build credible relationships.

What you bring

1. Fluency in English (both written and oral).
2. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar experience.
3. 8+ years of previous experience working across a range of implementations, upgrades, and migration projects.
4. Strong knowledge and
   - on experience with S/4HANA, SAP HANA DB, cloud migrations, operating systems (Unix/Windows/Linux), databases (Oracle/DB2/SQL Server/Max
   DB), performance tuning.
5. Communication skills with a technical focus.
6. Active member of a
   - related community.
7. SAP certifications in S/4HANA, OS/DB Migration, Net
   Weaver, and SAP HANA preferred.
8. Experience working in large landscapes/environments/customers.
