What are we looking for?

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining
- side logic, ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications and optimised database performance. You’ll collaborate with
- functional teams to build scalable and efficient backend systems, create APIs, and solve complex technical challenges. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating robust,
- performing backend solutions to support modern applications.

1. Experience in backend development, with expertise in building robust and scalable applications.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in backend technologies like Node. js, Python, or Java, and experience integrating with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
3. Database Expertise: Strong knowledge of relational and/or No
   SQL databases, including performance optimisation.
4. API Development: Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful or Graph
   QL APIs.
5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to debug, optimise, and enhance backend systems.
6. Proactive Approach: A
   - driven professional with a focus on delivering
   - quality results.
7. Soft Skills: Excellent organisational and communication abilities to collaborate within a team.
8. Language Proficiency: A good command of English is mandatory.
9. Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
