We are looking for a Senior Automation Tester to join us on a permanent basis, from either our Lisbon or Porto office.

The opportunity:

Leveraging your expertise in Type
Script, Playwright, and Cucumber, you'll design and implement
- edge automated tests, embracing a BDD approach to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. This role offers the chance to work across the full testing spectrum, from UI and API testing to database validation, all within a

What you'll be doing:

Your primary responsibilities will revolve around ensuring the quality and reliability of an ecommerce application through robust automated testing. You will be developing and maintaining Automated Tests: using Type
Script, Playwright, and Cucumber, following the BDD approach. You will be heavily involved in UI, API and DB testing.

Commerce platform by building and maintaining a comprehensive suite of automated tests and actively participating in the software development lifecycle. Your "automation first" mindset and experience with various testing techniques will be crucial for delivering

What we want from you:

• Experience in testing e
  Commerce applications
• Extensive experience of test automation using Type
  Script, Playwright, and Cucumber
• Proficiency in working within Agile environments and
  - sprint automation
• Hands-on experience with Behavioural Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber & Gherkin
• Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in testing APIs and web services
• Experience in Accessibility testing and Visual testing using Playwright.
• Proficient in backend testing, including familiarity with databases (DB2, Oracle) and SQL querying (use of DB Visualiser)
• Hands-on experience with UNIX commands and log verifications
• Experience testing RESTful services using Playwright or similar frameworks
• Automation-first mindset, ability to identify data requirements and implement tests to achieve coverage
• Proficient in recommending and implementing improvements to test automation frameworks using Type
  Script or Java
  Script
• Experience in testing automation within a continuous integration environment
• Familiarity with source code control systems like Git
  Hub, Bit
  Bucket, or similar, including conducting code reviews
• Collaboration in daily
  - ups and close collaboration with team developers
• Utilisation of feedback from all stakeholders to expand test scenarios
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and reprioritise in a
  - paced team environment
• Effective interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate with all stakeholders
• Attention to detail and highly organised
