We are seeking experienced software professionals with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with
- functional teams to ensure the delivery of
- quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong programming background, a good understanding of Agile methodologies, and a Dev
Ops mindset. You should be comfortable writing automation tests, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and working on production systems.

Your ability to explain technical concepts at the appropriate level of detail, both to technical and
- technical stakeholders, will be critical to your success in this role.

Expected travelling time (UK and USA): 0%-15%, varies according to project/client. You will be working with teams across different time zones and locations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java and Java
  Script
• Strong experience with Playwright
• Expertise in CI/CD tools: Git
  Hub, Git
  Lab, Jenkins, Docker
• Familiarity with testing methodologies: BDD, Performance Testing
• Proven track record of balancing technical priorities with business needs
• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with industry trends
• Excellent communication and
  - solving abilities
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Ensure software quality through test automation, performance optimization, and secure coding practices
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using modern tools like Jenkins, Azure, and Docker
• Optimize deployment processes for enhanced scalability and fault tolerance
• Drive innovation by introducing new technologies and improving existing processes
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
