Job Description

We expect the Senior Automation QA Engineer to:

1. Design and implement a
   - layer test automation strategy.
2. Develop and maintain effective testing frameworks.
3. Share best practices and approaches with the project team.
4. Evaluate, monitor, and report to key stakeholders - business and development leads.
5. Manage the team and maintain team spirit.

Qualifications

Must-have skills:

1. Proactive attitude to
   - solving and lead by example.
2. Excellent communication skills: comfortable speaking to people and articulating the progress, problems, and plans of your team for different audiences, from engineers to stakeholders.
3. Hands-on knowledge of modern testing methodologies, concepts, and practices.
4. 4+ years of experience in a similar role: Senior QA Automation Engineer, Lead QA Engineer, Test Automation Lead, or Test Architect.
5. Solid experience in OOP, code build and packaging tools (Maven, Gradle), Spring, JUnit/Test
   NG, API testing tools, and at least one CI system (Team
   City, Jenkins, etc. ).
6. Proven track record of delivering test automation solutions from scratch, both independently and while leading a team.
7. Experience with Agile practices and ceremonies, or even a certification.

Nice-to-have skills:

1. Hands-on experience in test performance optimization.
