Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Analyze business problems, develop automation solutions and support project lifecycles
• Manage testing and documentation of application development phases
• Act as the primary support for assigned applications and systems
• Validate and optimize the design, code and reusability of our automation artefacts
• Support the creation of process development documents (PDDs) as well as follow up
• Support the identification of individual candidate processes for automation
• Ensure and maintain regular close client contact
• Hold weekly project update meeting on the status of the technical implementation of the automation(s)
• Actively implement best practices
• Communicate and manage IT requirements with the clients IT service department

Requirements

• Education in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent with minimum duration of 2 years
• At least 3 years' experience, of which at least 3 have been within software development or related
• Demonstrated development skills, preferably. NET, C#, VBA or Java
• Experience with automation technologies (RPA/Process Mining, etc. ) would be a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure strong customer relationships
• Understanding of customers' processes, with experience in process consulting being advantageous
• Business fluency in English and Spanish, with additional language skills as a plus
• Willingness and ability to travel at client site when needed
