ABOUT THE JOB

• As an SAP authorisation consultant, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of TUI’s SAP
  - premise and cloud authorisation and role concepts. In this context, you will be a professional partner to all involved business contacts and stakeholders.
• This role will make you a member of the related project teams as well as in daily support and advice in all
  - related issues. You will develop and implement authorization concepts in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring system and data security and GDPR compliance across the SAP landscape. You will analyze the systems landscape, identify risks, and solve business issues with access rules and authorisations.
• You will take an engineering approach to solving authorization problems, selecting and guiding teams to use the right tools for the right jobs to solve business and technical problems efficiently. You will show a commercial mentality, focusing on solving business problems in the best way. With your advanced skill set for understanding and solving problems, you are able to take full ownership of complex topics or
  - faceted initiatives and outcomes spanning across your domain. You will use your deep technical skills to ensure secure authorization is considered throughout the design and implementation of SAP software products and services.
• You are able to verbalize your thoughts and ideas and take the initiative to translate ideas into outcomes. You are
  - connected across the domain, within the broader TUI community and relevant Communities of Practice. You stay up to date with TUI group practices and foster a “security first” mindset.

ABOUT YOU

• Design, implementation, maintenance, and administration of complex SAP systems authorizations with regards to stakeholder requirements (mainly SAP ERP, SRM, BI, and HR modules).
• Error analysis and regulation of security and authorization issues.
• Periodical checks of SAP systems regarding security aspects and suggest improvements.
• Detect security issues and provide suitable solutions.
• Assist in implementing SAP GRC solutions.
• Strong skills in SAP
  - premise authorization concept/design (mainly FI/CO/SD/HR).
• Good understanding of processes regarding Segregation of Duties, 4
  - principles, etc.
• Basic ABAP knowledge related to authorization objects.
• Basic understanding of SAP Success
  Factors
  - based permissions.
• Sensitivity for general IT
  - related processes.
