Senior Asset Manager
As a Senior Asset Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic management of a diverse real estate portfolio, optimizing asset performance, and driving value creation. This role requires a combination of strong financial acumen, strategic insight, and the ability to engage with key stakeholders across the organization and externally. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of asset management practices.
What are we looking for?
• 7+ years of professional experience in Real Estate Asset Management, preferably with exposure to retail Real Estate.
• Strong academic background, preferably in Finance, Management, Economics or related field (Engineering background with relevant management experience also considered).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (mandatory).
• Advanced knowledge in financial modelling, analysis and valuations
• Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
• Proven track record in managing complex asset portfolios, implementing significant value creation initiatives and delivering measurable results.
• Fact-based and rigorous approach to

• Strong leadership capabilities with a proactive, energetic, and
- oriented mindset
• Team player, always working towards the benefit of the team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable operating in an international, matrixed environment.
What will be your responsibilities?
• Develop and implement asset strategies to maximize value, improve returns, and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Oversee the performance of assets, analysing KPIs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
• Lead financial analysis, including advanced financial modelling and scenario planning to support investment decisions.

• Collaborate with
- functional teams (e. g. , Property Management, Leasing, Development, Finance) to drive business plans and operational excellence.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including partners, investors, tenants, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and investors.
• Mentor and guide junior asset managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
