We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Senior Developer to join our Portuguese team and drive innovative solutions. If you have a strong background in programming, database management, and application configuration, along with a passion for leading technical projects, we want to meet you!

Experience Required:

5+ years in software development with solid experience in:

• Technologies: Python, SQL (Postgres), HTML, CSS, j
  Query, Odoo (as a plus)
• Containers: Docker Swarm
• Search Engine: Elastic
  Search
• Environment: Linux
• Workflow Automation: j
  BPM

Key Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English
• Highly proactive, with exceptional responsibility and leadership capabilities
• Proven ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative team culture
• Strong client focus, with a track record of delivering
  - quality, scalable solutions
• Advanced experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including leading Agile teams or projects
