We are currently in the process of setting up our new Head Quarters in the Lisbon area, where the leadership and wider team will form. Come and be a part of the future we create together!

This role sits within the Product team and reports to the VP of Technology.

Responsibilities

Primary

1. Own the design, build, and optimization of the data infrastructure & pipelines.
2. Collect, aggregate, and integrate data from a variety of sources to create a single source of truth.
3. Construct and maintain
   - usable data assets/tables to serve the analytics needs of stakeholders.
4. Create and maintain effective reports and visualizations to communicate business performance.
5. Develop documentation related to datasets (e. g. features, lineage, versions, etc. ) to enable common understanding and data discovery.
6. Establish data quality standards and ensure conformance.

Secondary

1. Improve, streamline, and automate regular analytics reporting.
2. Support data requests and business analysis.

Requirements

1. Experience with data infrastructure design and development.
2. Experience working directly with data (e. g. data ETL/ELT and data analysis).
3. Experience with tools used for data ETL/ELT (e. g. Fivetran, Hevo, dbt, Airflow, Dagster, etc).
4. Experience with cloud platforms (e. g. AWS, GCP) and
   - based data warehouses (e. g. Red
   Shift, Big
   Query, Snowflake, etc).
5. Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and Microsoft Excel.
6. Comfortable working with version control (e. g. Git) and command line.
7. Experience working with business stakeholders.

Bonus

1. Knowledge of software engineering best practices.
2. Experience with data analysis and visualization.
3. Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e. g. Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Looker, etc).
