We are currently looking for a new member for thePlanning & Control team to join us in the position ofSenior Analyst, Planning & Control.

Working Place: Sonae Sierra's Central Offices in Maia

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics, Business
  Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experiencein the areas of consulting or controlling
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication andpresentation skills
• Critical thinking, problemsolving and intellectual curiosity

Responsibilities:

• Support the
  - makingprocess by providing reliable business information and presenting variedreal estate industry insights and a global view of the Company and
  Business environment;
• Challenge the businessactivities with the purpose of achieving better results for the companythrough the implementation of efficiency and
  - cutting initiatives;
• Support in the coordination ofbusiness projects;
• Perform benchmark andefficiency analysis.
• Performad-hoc analyses according to the needs of the several stakeholders, whichinclude Board, business unit(s) representatives and shareholders;
  
• Preparationand analysis of the consolidated accounts of a business unit(s)/companies, through a management perspective, to be reported on a quarterly basis tothe Board of Directors, or other clients;
  
• Assist the business unit(s) onthe budgeting process and 5-year strategic plan (from the financialperspective).
