Job Description:

The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis helps analyze data on the company’s financial forecasts, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis, and special projects. The Senior Analyst supports the Manager of FP&A and assists in providing financial consulting and strategic support, including routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance, preparation of financial packages and presentations, revenue and expense analyses, and other projects requested by the Manager of FP&A and/or senior management. The FP&A group acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support “optimal” business decision making.

2. Provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for
   - making purposes.

Client:

1. Supports senior management, region leaders, and Practice Leaders with
   - depth support and analyses as needed.
2. Meets with practice leads to discuss monthly financials and assist with analysis that may affect financials.

Values:

1. Analyzes current and past trends of key performance indicators, highlighting issues and causes of unexpected variances.
2. Compiles monthly and/or quarterly financial reports.
3. Assists in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
4. Uses performance management tool to provide analysis and
   - hoc reporting to business partners.
5. Preparation of analysis in support of board and shareholder presentations, monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings, and various strategic committees of the company.
6. Supports the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and modeling tools.
7. Performs
   - hoc reporting and analysis.
8. Uses business intelligence tools and dashboard reports to develop insights and analysis.
9. Proactively looks to improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand the return on investment (ROI) in new acquisitions, practice areas, and international expansions.
10. Develops financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree (B. A. or B. S. ) or equivalent in Accounting or Finance from a
   - year college or university. 2–3 years of related experience in P&L analysis with an understanding of accounting basics required.
2. Proven strong analytical skills.
3. Must be articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Must be
   - motivated and have the capacity to work with limited supervision.
5. Must be able to think creatively, be highly driven, and organized, and have the highest standards of accuracy and precision.
6. Experience in an international professional services environment is preferred.

Computer Skills:

1. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power
   Point, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research. Experience using accounting software is required. Workday experience is a plus.
