- Reporting to the CFO based in Switzerland;

- Description Overview booking and controlling of all financial transactions.

- Ensures that accounting records are maintained and are in accordance with corporate and accounting standards (IFRS);

- Ensures an accurate monthly, quarterly and year end closing;

- Assists with Tax audits and Tax returns;

- Develops and implement accounting procedures to optimize the workflow of the department, maintaining and strengthening internal controls;

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate accounting expense and approval invoices;

- Perform stock inventories;

- Team Management;

- Fixed assets follow up and booking;

- Perform supplier payments and crew wages;

- Input and follow up of invoices in the software validation process;

- Assist in the cash flow forecasts.

Profile

Degree in Finance/Accounting/Management/Economics or similar;

4/5 years of relevant experience;

Fluent in English (Mandatory);

Strong International Accounting Standards knowledge and IFRS reporting experience;

Solid organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure in a
- paced team environment;

Team player with excellent communication skills;

Problem solving and analytical skills.
