Security Support Technician
Minimum Requirements
- Higher education in Information Technology;
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in technical support roles in the networking and security field;
- Proficiency in firewalls and security protocols;
- Strong knowledge of networking, including IPs, routing, and switching;
- Excellent communication skills and
- oriented mindset; - Strong
- solving ability and critical thinking; - Passion for teamwork and continuous learning.
