Security Risk Officer

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled IT Risk Management Analyst to join the First Line of Defense (Lo
D1) IT Risk Management (ITRM) team. This role is essential in monitoring and managing IT risks, establishing operational standards, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. You will also contribute to reporting cyber and IT risks, defining action plans, and implementing policies related to IT Asset Management (ITAM).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor IT and cyber risk issues and develop action plans to address them.
2. Define and implement policies for IT Asset Management (ITAM).
3. Oversee obsolescence and vulnerability monitoring, and supervise Lo
   D1 controls.
4. Assess the state of CIB & Risks and conduct training on security, code vulnerabilities, and Checkmarx deployment.
5. Create reports and analyses using Power BI and Excel.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in technology risk management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
3. Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, security principles, and risk assessment methodologies.
4. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to technology risk management.
5. Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
6. English level B2 or higher.
7. Excellent analytical,
   - solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

1. Knowledge of Splunk.
2. Familiarity with COBIT and ITIL frameworks.
3. Relevant certifications such as ISO27001, ISO27005, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC.
4. Creative, proactive, and
   - oriented.
5. Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and senior management.
