Job Description

Securitized Products Group (SPG) combines all securitization and other risk distribution activities within Global Banking– Capital Markets, and includes Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) and Private Debt Financing.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the Credit Management of the securitization portfolio:

- Monitor transaction performance, update and review transaction risks (changes in concentrations, performance relative to triggers, compliance with covenants, etc. )

2. Support the Origination & Structuring team on executing, closing and onboarding new transactions:

- Preparation of internal documentation for deal closing and booking.

- Submission into the SPG credit workflow system.

- Control and validate funding requests processed by the Middle-Office.

3. Support the production of internal and external reporting for SPG:

- Budgeting and forecasting for P&L, Capital and liquidity.

- External reporting: monthly investor and rating agency reports, other presentations as needed.

4. Provide support to SPG transversal projects:

- Help maintain and update internal policies and procedures.

- Maintain workflow and pipeline tools.

- Assist in implementation and monitoring of new or updated risk policies.

- Support other ad hoc projects as needed.

5. Assist the quarterly and monthly regulatory capital production:

Qualifications:

Technical skills:

1. Bachelor Graduate (Management or Business School or Engineering School with specialization in Finance).
2. Microsoft Office tools: Excel.
3. Structured Finance, Securitization, Portfolio Management and Debt instruments.
4. Budgeting, forecasting and controlling P&L.
5. Regulatory Capital (RWA) production.
6. Ability to communicate and develop good working relationships.
7. Good analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
8. Ability to manage simultaneously multiple and different tasks in a very
   - paced environment.
