RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate the Agile/Scrum/Kanban process for multiple development teams, ensuring adherence to principles, practices, and ceremonies.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, emphasizing
  - organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Guide the team in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks, facilitating sprint planning, daily
  - ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and address any impediments or conflicts that may hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to find appropriate solutions.
• Monitor and track project progress, using Agile project management tools and metrics to ensure timely delivery and meet quality standards.
• Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration within the team and across departments.
• Continuously improve Agile processes by identifying and implementing best practices and lessons learned.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, advancements in Agile methodologies, and the wind turbine industry to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and their practical application in software development projects.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are highly desirable.
• SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) training and experience is advantageous.
• Comprehensive leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
  - functional teams.
• Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills to ensure productive collaboration.
• Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
