About the job

The purpose of the Scrum Master is to coordinate and coach software development team.

Our ideal candidate for this role should have a good knowledge of the scrum framework and the ability to coordinate people and projects.

We will rely on you to:

1. Be responsible for coaching team members in Agile frameworks;
2. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily
   - ups;
3. Work with Product Owners to handle backlogs and new requests;
4. Manage project scope and timelines.

What we're looking for:

1. 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master;
2. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar;
3. Good communication and
   - solving skills;
4. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP);
5. Experience with Jira and Confluence;
6. Fluency in English (spoken and written).
