Details:The Scrum Master represents his leadership for the agile component and supports the organization and the Project Manager in carrying out its various mandates in areas such as governance, architecture and the realization of IT development projects. Responsibilities:Demonstrate good leadership, ease of synthesizing and popularizing while demonstrating high objectivity;Listening well to be able to gather needs for continuous improvement of the agile setting;Demonstrate diplomacy, flexibility, adaptability, influence and good judgment;Provide leadership to the agile framework used by ensuring its proper application;Helping the team and the partners manage themselves;Assist the product owner in the organization and management of the product booklet;Support the implementation team and the partners in delivering functional increments;Facilitator in organizing work and finding solutions in case of blockers;Assist team in considering/establishing capabilities versus estimated work

To ensure that the progress of the development team is communicated;Monitor progress of work;Tracking documentation and task status;Ensuring team performance;Communicate issues within the team;Preserve the team. Skills required:Qualifications:Hold an university degree in Information Technology (IT);Have a minimum of seven (7) years of IT experience;Have a minimum of five (5) years experience as a Scrum Master;Have been a Scrum Master in at least two (2) assignments using agile development approaches in a minimum 1000-person-day project;Hold one of the
- related certifications such as PSM, CSM or other;Have 3 years of experience with Dev
Ops (Asset: Jira experience);Keep up with the latest and most advanced technologies, and naturally look for new ways to improve your work;You thrive in a collaborative environment where open communication is encouraged
You're an enterprising team player and you know how to do multiple tasks
IC/CD experience using Dev
Ops pipelines or similar technology
Be proficient in both French and English
