YOUR ROLE

We are looking for motivated developers with experience as a Scrum Master in VB6 to join our teams in Lisbon.

In this role you will be responsible for:

1. Facilitating agile ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospective).
2. Removing impediments and acting as a point of support for the team in meeting targets.
3. Monitoring and improving agile performance indicators (velocity, burndown, etc. ).
4. Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
5. Guiding the team in adopting agile practices, promoting continuous improvement.
6. Supporting technical teams in projects to modernize, integrate and support systems in VB6.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Knowledge of legacy technologies such as VB6, ASP Classic, HTML, SQL (SPs and DTSX).
2. Knowledge of more recent technologies such as. Net (C#) and ASPX.
3. Knowledge of the Scrum methodology.
