Responsibilities
Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more development teams, guiding the team through the Agile process and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.
Collaborate closely with Technical Team Lead, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Work closely with developers and administrators to understand technical requirements and constraints.
Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Support the Technical Team Lead in the tracking and assessment of the Agile KPI of the Product team.
Demonstrate resilience and
- solving skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
Collaborate with
- functional teams to identify and implement system improvements and best practices.
Promote a positive team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Participate in onboarding and coaching new members of the delivery team.
Academic Background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills & Experience
Experience as a Scrum Master of Salesforce projects;
5+ years proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on
- end development.
Solid knowledge of Salesforce architecture, standard data, and security model.
Expertise in Apex development, Flows and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
Extensive experience with integrations using REST APIs secured by modern protocols (OAuth 2 flows) and their documentation (Swagger, Open
API).
Experience with Salesforce standard integration best practices (External Services, Mocks).
Proven experience of building, automating, and deploying software to production.
Experience with authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents.
Ability to write unit and integration tests and approach to identify tests.
Experience with Confluence, Jira & Zephyr suitable.
Demonstrated experience in web application scalability.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
Salesforce technical certifications are highly desirable.
Proficiency in English is mandatory, French is a plus.
