Your Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure Scrum principles are followed.
• Coach and mentor teams to continuously improve Agile adoption.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments to optimize team performance.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong technical background in software development.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and
  - solving skills.
• Experience working in a hybrid work environment.
• Hybrid model: 3 days per week in our Lisbon office.
