We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead impactful development projects and drive team success.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months (Possibility of extension)

Type of Contract: Freelancer B2B

Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Ensure Agile best practices are applied across the development teams
• Work closely with Product Owners to define and refine the product backlog
• Promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation
• Track and report Agile metrics to measure team performance

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT or software development projects
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or Agile principles
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure Dev
  Ops, or similar tools
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working with developers, product owners, and business teams
• Knowledge of Dev
  Ops, CI/CD, and Agile engineering practices is a plus
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

Desirable to Have:

• Professional with Scrum Master Certification (PSM II or A-CSM).
