What will you do?

• Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management;
• Understand product planning in a given environment;
• Ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value;
• Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related;
• Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile,
  - organized and to be at their best;
• Responsible for maintaining Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban);
• Responsible for Scrum ceremonies and artifacts.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead;
• Experience with Agile Practices related to Software Engineering including Automated Testing techniques, Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment and Test Driven Development;
• Experience in development (valued);
• English proficiency should be at least C1 level.
