Descrição da Função

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

1. Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics or equivalent;
2. Minimum of 2 years experience as Scrum Master;
3. Good ability to organize planning sessions, daily meetings, sprint and retrospective reviews, remove obstacles that may hinder the team and encourage collaboration between the team and the Product Owner;
4. Certifications in Scrum (PSM or CSM) will be valued;
5. Excellent interpersonal skills;
6. Proactivity and Dynamism;
7. Fluency in English will be valued.
