Time Zone: Lisbon

Work model: 4 days per week in the office in Lisbon for the first 3 to 6 months. After that, it will be 3 days per week in the office and 2 days at home.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role:

• Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead
• Scrum Master certified
• Good understanding of Agile principles & Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
• Agile Estimating & Planning
• Knowledge of Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
• Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:
• Automated Testing techniques
• Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment
• Test Driven Development
• Metrics:
• Velocity vs Productivity
• Tools: Jira/Confluence
• Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, ensuring the backlog maximizes the delivery of value
• Identify and proactively remove impediments, whether technical, organizational, or
  - related
• Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile and
  - organized
• Experience in development (valued)
• Great communication, analysis, and listening skills
• Software Craftsmanship knowledge
• English proficiency at least at C1 level
