For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
• Ability to assist the Product Owner in effective backlog management and product planning to maximize value delivery.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and listening skills.
• Experience in coaching teams to become fully agile,
  - organized, and
  - performing.
• Fluency in English (B2).
• Experience in software development is a plus.
• Availability for
  - site work in Lisbon with one day of remote work.
