Currently, we are looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily
  - ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor the development team on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
• Identify and remove impediments to the team’s progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized product backlog.
• Monitor and report on team performance metrics to drive improvement.
• Cultivate an environment of open communication, trust, and accountability.
• Liaise with other teams and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
• Encourage a focus on delivering
  - quality software and a sustainable work pace.
• Promote continuous learning and adaptation within the team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a
  - driven environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, Kafka, Mongo
  DB, and Kotlin.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Trello).
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
