Scrum Master - Lisboa

Position: Scrum Master

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 2 Months

Capacity: 5 days a week

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Must: Candidates must be based in Portugal

Responsibilities:

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
Coaches and mentors, the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand.
Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily
- ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Expert proficiency in Agile Project Management is required.
Advanced proficiency in Scrum is recommended.
Agile Process Coaching and Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development) at intermediate proficiency are suggested.
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively.
Provide guidance and support to the Scrum Team(s)
Implement Agile best practices for software development
Collaborate with
- functional teams to drive project success
Continuously improve Agile processes and methodologies
