Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes within a project in the Telecommunications sector. The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the team follows Agile principles, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and
- solving skills to help the team deliver
- quality products efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily
  - ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews;
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and principles;
• Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress;
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog;
• Foster a
  - organizing,
  - performing team culture;
• Track team performance metrics and drive continuous improvements;
• Ensure alignment between business goals and Agile methodologies.

Your Profile

• Academic background in IT Engineering, Telco or similar;
• + 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master;
• Scrum Master certification (mandatory, PSM-I ; CSM);
• Knowledge of Product Ownership is a plus;
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst is a plus;
• Strong communication skills valued;
• Good level of English (spoken and written).
