Your Role

We are looking to hire Scrum Masters that can help us transform the client's delivery model from Waterfall to an Agile environment, integrating our teams in Lisbon for a project in the Telecommunications sector.

Your Profile

1. Academic background in IT Engineering, Telco or similar;
2. 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master and a previous background ideally in Engineering;
3. Knowledge of Product Ownership is a plus;
4. Previous experience as a Business Analyst is a plus;
5. Strong communication skills valued;
6. Good level of English (spoken and written).
