Position:

We are looking for a Scrum Master French speaker, who identifies with the following aspects:

Key responsabilities:

• In charge of the organization of agile rituals;
• Coordinates the work of the team, monitors indicators and produces reports;
• Ensure the skill level of the team to be assigned to the tasks;
• Work with stakeholders and team members to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

Main skills:

• Significant professional experience of 5+ years in the field of agility and development;
• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle;
• Experienced in SAFe methodology and on projects in Scrum mode;
• Able to motivate and coach your team on best practices to apply Agile methodology;
• Strong organizational, prioritization, analytical skills;
• Good influencing and communication skills;
• Ability to “make things happen” and to challenge and overcome resistance;
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in French and English;
• Written and spoken Portuguese is a plus.

Requirement:

• Degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
• Prior experience as a Scrum Master.
