We are currently looking for a Scrum Master for our multinational fintech company.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

1. Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead
2. Scrum Master certified
3. Good understanding of Agile principles & Agile frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
4. Agile Estimating & Planning
5. Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
6. Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:
1. Automated Testing techniques
2. Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment
3. Test Driven Development
7. Metrics: Velocity vs Productivity
8. Tools: Jira/Confluence
9. Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management
10. Identify and proactively remove impediments
11. Act as an internal coach to the team
12. Experience in development (valued)
13. Great communication, analysis, and listening skills
14. Software Craftsmanship
15. English proficiency should be at least C1 level
