Scrum Master (+5 years of experience)

We are looking for a Scrum Master with the following requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead;
2. English should be at least B2;
3. Scrum Master certified;
4. Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban);
5. Agile Estimating & Planning;
6. Scrum ceremonies and artifacts;
7. Agile Practices related to Software Engineering: Automated Testing techniques; Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment; Test Driven Development;
8. Metrics: Velocity vs Productivity;
9. Tools: Jira/Confluence;
10. Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value;
11. Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related;
12. Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile,
    - organized and to be at their best;
13. Experience in development (valued);
14. Great communication, analysis and listening skills;
15. Software Craftsmanship’s;
16. Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness, and curiosity to learn;

Duration: Contract for 12 Months (Minimum);
