Location: Applicants must reside, preferably, in Lisbon, Portugal.

Working model: Hybrid (60% remote; 40% in person).

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

More than 3 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.

Mandatory:

1. +3 years of experience in the role of Scrum Master | Agile Coach | Product Owner | Business Analyst.
2. Scrum Master experience of development squads.
3. Product Owner of specific projects.
4. Business Analyst | Support for PO.
5. Agile team collaboration, with several projects.
6. Focus on quality | Teamwork | Cordiality and Professionalism | Creativity and Innovation | Proactivity and Initiative.
7. Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with a
   - oriented approach.
8. Experience with JIRA | Confluence | Bit
   Bucket | Git
   Hub.
9. Top Skills: resilience | good teamwork | Commitment | Flexibility and Adaptability | Agile.

Daily tasks:

1. All deliverables expected for the previous level.
2. Configuration and analysis of complex reports and indicators.
3. Analysis of organizational behaviors and structures and their impacts on the aid process.

Non-mandatory:

• Scrum Master Certification (PSM I or CSM).
