Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, install and support Windows and OS systems;
2. Troubleshoot complex incidents or provide
   - side assistance;
3. Create and update
   - house documentation for processes and reports for customers;
4. Manage SCCM Server upgrades, set up remote SCCM Distribution points, and provide policy and download content;
5. Create and support Microsoft Win 10 images, including driver updates deployments and BIOS updates for various models, maintain configuration baselines, and prevent configuration drift;
6. Collaborate with other teams to achieve technical objectives;
7. Develop automation scripts using Power
   Shell and other scripting tools.

Main Technical Requirements:

1. Excellent working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows 7, 8, and 10;
2. Good experience with Power
   Shell;
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people at all levels;
4. Experience in task sequencing building and troubleshooting.
