We are recruiting a SAP technician to join the internal team of our client - a company in the packaging industry.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

1. Create and manage SAP Tickets;
2. Support the continual development of SAP processes;
3. Process technical incidents according to processes & Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
4. Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions in complex environments;
5. Recommend known technical solutions and develop workarounds for problem resolution;
6. Assist users with performance and scalability issues in their environments.

What is required from you?

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent;
2. Minimum experience of at least 4 years in SAP;
3. Experience in SAP PP or MM-WM;
4. Knowledge in SAP QM, PM;
5. Experience in AMS support;
6. Knowledge of SAP ECC 6. 0;
7. Fluent in English.
