ABOUT THE JOB

As an SAP Senior Technical Consultant Developer, you will tackle multiple challenges and work closely with the technical and functional delivery teams every day. You will need to be technically proficient in development on the SAP stack, resilient, innovative, and engaging in your practices to guide your team in providing technology solutions that result in the best possible digital experiences for our customers. This includes identifying solution changes required to resolve issues and developing solutions including ABAP developments and enhancements on the SAP solution as well as on several Read
Soft products.

We are looking for a talented, entrepreneurial, and inspirational individual to:

1. Understand user and process requirements and ensure those requirements can be achieved through
   - quality deliverables.
2. Analyse, design, and implement technical changes to the SAP SD & FI (O2C & R2R) to support our SAP processes.
3. Provide knowledge and understanding of SAP FICO, SD, and C&B concepts and process flows.
4. Implement and support SAP Financials and Controlling to enhance the clients’ business functionality within SAP FI Accounts Payable as well as within Read
   Soft products.
5. Act as liaison with the users for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
6. Design, code, and correct complex ABAP programs and program modifications as custom development.
7. Help the team on our way towards S4/Hana and BTP developments.
8. Understand the interactions between the SAP environment and surrounding systems.
9. Define test cases and run unit tests and system integration tests.
10. Be responsible for the successful maintenance of SAP including the provision of functional expertise.
11. Maintain a full
    -
    - date document set in Solution Manager.
12. Consult with peers on incidents, changes, and projects as required.

ABOUT YOU:

1. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse groups of individuals.
2. Deep understanding and experience with ABAP language and SAP development tools.
3. Technical experience within ABAP, data structures, interfacing, performance tuning, and optimising code development.
4. Experience on S4/Hana developments – both on Hana system and BTP.
5. Experience in customizing and development concepts of Read
   Soft products.
6. Experience with
   - /outbound interfaces to/from other systems.
7. Experience in SAP
   -
   - end process of SD/FI/PO processes.
8. Familiarity with best practice interface technologies within a SAP environment.
9. Strong English language written and verbal skills.
10. Ability to work independently on larger or more complex business requirements.
11. Problem analysis and solving abilities.
12. Ability to work on multiple topics simultaneously and meet deadlines.
13. Self-motivated team player that thrives in a collaborative environment.
14. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
15. Provide deep SAP application knowledge in relevant areas.
16. Support the change/release plan to ensure changes are timely and
